Jerry Rosenbaum
Director of Program Management

Jerry L. Rosenbaum is a Director of Project Management responsible for managing the design, implementation and testing of telecommunications systems.

At JBJ Technology, Jerry is currently managing a staff of eight professionals on a project with Perot Systems/Parkland Hospital.

Jerry has over 15 years of experience supporting multinational corporations such as EDS, Worldcom and Petroleum Communications, Inc.

At Worldcom, he was responsible for the Transmission and Facility Engineering of Worldcom Broadband Solutions' MMDS Wireless Internet network. He developed system architecture that includes and ATM infrastructure to UUNET for Internet access, developed short and long range strategies for the transport design MMDS network, and prepared Engineering Implementation documentation for MMDS hardware that includes Cisco and Nortel MMDS wireless hardware.

At Petroleum Communications, Inc., he was responsible for the network and field operations of Petrocom's network infrastructure that includes a Sonet / ATM network, Cellular market, Satellite Teleport hub, Wireless Local Loop network , SMR network and CDPD network as well as the Network Operations of Petrocom's network infrastructure, ensuring Service Agreements were maintained. He was also responsible for Engineering of Petrocom's network infrastructure, the Switch and RF Engineering of a medium sized cellular system that included a C-band satellite backbone network, as well as all regulatory compliance including FAA and FCC licensing for all Petrocom sites.

Major Projects included the Engineering Digital Microwave paths, the design of OC-48 Sonet fiber ring for Gulf of Mexico, OC-3 ATM ring overlay to Sonet ring, deployment of a voice over Frame Relay based VSAT network hot cut over to new EMX2500 cellular switch and engineering of Ku-band satellite earth station upgrade.

At Electronic Data Systems Corporation, he was responsible for system engineering of microwave, satellite and fiber optic facilities for data and voice communications for the General Motors network.

Jerry has to his credit a BS in Electrical Engineering/Telecommunications Option, University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, Louisiana as well as a BS in Business Administration/ Marketing, University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, Louisiana.
