As soon as a project opportunity comes through the door and is determined to meet our guidelines for proposal effort, a Project Manager is assigned. The Project Manager is a part of the assessment team, which analyzes project scope items including specific user needs, applications, choices of solutions, budget constraints and other factors.

Once a project is awarded, the same Project Manager will develop a detailed Project Plan which includes:

  • Phases, Tasks and Work Breakdown Schedules
  • Specific MBO's
  • Schedule, Milestones and Critical Path Items
  • Budget and Burn Off
  • Review Resource at location
  • Acceptance Criteria and Procedures
