Project Management
As soon as a project opportunity comes through the door and is determined to meet our guidelines for proposal effort, a Project Manager is assigned. The Project Manager is a part of the assessment team, which analyzes project scope items including specific user needs, applications, choices of solutions, budget constraints and other factors.
Once a project is awarded, the same Project Manager will develop a detailed Project Plan which includes:
- Phases, Tasks and Work Breakdown Schedules
- Specific MBO's
- Schedule, Milestones and Critical Path Items
- Budget and Burn Off
- Review Resource at location
- Acceptance Criteria and Procedures
